Excise (Amendment) Decree 2013

GOVERNMENT OF FIJI


EXCISE (AMENDMENT) DECREE 2013
(DECREE NO. 35 OF 2013)


IN exercise of the powers vested in me pursuant to section 4 of the Office of the Vice-President and Succession Decree 2009 and section 165(4) of the Constitution of the Republic of Fiji, I hereby make the following Decree—


A DECREE TO AMEND THE EXCISE ACT 1986


Short title and commencement

1.—(1) This Decree may be cited as the Excise (Amendment) Decree 2013, and shall be deemed to have come into force on 8 November 2013.


(2)The Excise Act 1986 shall be referred to as the "Act".


Schedule 1 amended

2. Schedule 1 to the Act is amended by inserting the following new Item No. 8 after Item No. 7—

Schedule 2 amended


3. Schedule 2 to the Act is amended in Part 1—
