Commerce (Control of Prices for the Supply of
Telecommunications) (Amendment) Order 2009

PURSUANT to section 33 of the Commerce Act Cap 50 of 1998 and after having considered a report by the Commerce Commission on the 16th of March 2009 on the prices for the supply of telecommunication, I make the following Order -

Citation

1. This Order is cited as the Commerce (Control of Prices of Telecommunication Services) (Revocation) Order 2009.

Revocation of Order

2. The Commerce (Control of Prices for the supply of Telecommunications) Order 2008 (Legal Notice No. 94) is hereby revoked.
