VOTER REGISTRATION PERIOD
IN pursuance of regulation 6 of the Electoral (Registration) Regulations, 1991-
I hereby give notice calling upon every person who is duly qualified to be registered as a voter and who is not already so registered to apply to the registration officer of the constituency in which you ordinarily reside to be registered as a voter in accordance with this notice.
I hereby give further notice calling upon every person who is 20 years of age and who was born before 1 January, 1971, but who, if they were already 21, would be qualified to be registered as a voter, to apply for registration as a voter in accordance with this notice.
Between August 17, 1991 and August 31, 1991 applications for registration as a voter will be received on behalf of registration officers by, enumerators engaged in habitation visits or stationed at the Suva and Lautoka wharves or at Nadi Airport.
Between September 2, 1991 and September 30, 1991 applications for registration as a voter will be received on behalf of registration officers at the offices of any divisional commissioner, district officer roko-tui or assistant roko, or at the Elections Office in Suva.
Between September 2, 1991 and September 30, 1991, applications for registration as a voter from persons who are qualified to register as a voter, but who are overseas, will be received by overseas registration officers at any embassy, consulate or diplomatic mission of Fiji.
