Land Transport (Traffic) (Amendment)
Regulations, 2009

IN exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 113 of the Act, and after consulting the Authority, I make these Regulations -

Citation etc

1. These Regulation may be cited as the Land Transport (Traffic) (Amendment) Regulations 2009.

Regulation 24 Amended

2. Regulation 24(5) (iii) of the Land Transport (Traffic) Regulations 2000 is amended by deleting "35km/h" and substituting it with "60km/h".
