NATIONAL ROAD SAFETY COUNCIL (FEES AND CHARGES)
(AMENDMENT) REGULATION 2009

IN exercise of the powers conferred upon me by Section 12 of the Act, and after consultation with the Council, I make these Regulations -

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the National Road Safety Council (Fees and Charges) (Amendment) Regulations 2009.

Regulation 2 amended

2. Regulation 2 of the National Road Safety Council (Fees and Charges) Regulation 2000 is amended in subparagraph (a) by adding -

(a) Defensive Driving Course -

"(ii) Provisional License Holders $50 per participant:

(iii) Disqualified Driving License Holders $50 per participant;

(iv) Driving License Holders with 5 or more Traffic offences $50 per participant."
