KING'S REGULATION
TO AMEND THE (MERCHANT SHIPPING) FEES
REGULATION, 1909.
Made by His Britannic Majesty's Assistant High Commissioner for
the Western Pacific under the provisions of the
Pacific Order in Council, 1893.

In the name of His Majesty, George the Fifth, by the Grace of God of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland and of the British
Dominions beyond the Seas King, Defender of the Faith, Emperor of India.
Short title.
1. This Regulation may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Fees) Amendment Regulation, 1911.
2. Section one of the (Merchant Shipping) Fees Regulation, 1909, is hereby repealed and the following section substituted therefore:
-
"1. This Regulation may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Fees) Regulation, 1911."
3. In section three of the Merchant Shipping (Fees) Regulation, 1909, the words "be transmitted to the High Commissioner," are hereby
repealed and the words "form part of the revenue of the Protectorate in which the same are levied" are substituted therefor.
