HARBOURS (AMENDMENT) REGULATI0NS 1981
IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Harbours Ordinance, the Beretitenti, acting in accordance with the advice of the Cabinet, makes the following Regulations -
Short title
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Harbours (Amendment) Regulations, 1981.
Amends Harbours Regulations
2. The Harbours Regulations are amended as set out in the Schedule.
