IMPORTATION OF ANIMALS ORDINANCE (CAP. 43)
(SECTION 3(1))

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by Section 3(1) of the Importation of Animals Ordinance (Cap. 43), I hereby make the following regulations:-

Short Title

1. These regulations may be cited as the Importation of Animals (Amendment) Regulation 1998.

Amends Regulation 12(a) of Cap. 43

2. Regulation 12(a) is hereby amended by deleting the words "Australia, Fiji or New Zealand or the United States of America."
