LAND PLANNING ORDINANCE 1972
(CAP .93)

Legal Notice No. 82

NOTICE

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5(3) of the Land Planning Ordinance 1972, I hereby appoint the following persons to be members of the Local Land Planning Board for the Wharf Area, Betio.

The Harbour Master	Chairman
The General Manager of the ng Shipping Corporation	Deputy Chairman
The Chief Customs Officer	Secretary
The Chief Engineer (P.W.D.)
The Chief Lands Officer
B.T.C. representative

All previous appointments are hereby revoked.
