REVISED EDITION OF THE LAWS
ORDINANCE 1976
(NO. 21 OF 1976)

I, REGINALD JAMES WALLACE, Companion of the Most Distinguished Order of St. Michael and St. George, Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Governor of the Gilbert Islands, in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 6(1) of the Revised Edition of the Laws 6 of 1939 Ordinance 1976, do hereby order as follows:

1. In the preparation of the revised edition there shall be omissions other than those authorised by sections 4 and 5 of the Revised Edition of the Laws Ordinance 1976.

2. The Ordinances and the-subsidiary legislation to be omitted pursuant to paragraph 1 of this Order are those specified in the Schedule to this Order.

3. Part II and Part III of the Schedule to the Revised Edition of the Laws Ordinance 1976 are repealed.
