STATUTORY SALARIES ORDINANCE
(CAP. 96A)

STATUTORY SALARIES SCHEDULE (AMENDMENT) ORDER 1994

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Statutory Salaries Ordinance (Cap. 96A) as amended, the Council of State, performing in accordance with the Constitution the functions of the Beretitenti, acting in accordance with the advice of the Cabinet, hereby makes the following Order.

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Statutory Salaries Schedule (Amendment) Order 1994 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st January 1993.

Amends Schedule

2. Column 3 of the Schedule to the Statutory Salaries Ordinance (Cap. 96A) as amended is hereby further amended in respect of Allowances of:

(a) Other Members of the Public Service Commission by repealing the figures "$15" and substituting the figures "$25"; and

(b) Chief Electoral Commissioner by repealing the figures "$20" and substituting the figures "$30"; and

(c) Other Members of Electoral Commission by repealing the figures "$15" and substituting the figures "$25".

Repeal

3. Column 2 in respect of Other Members of the Public Service Commission, Chief Electoral Commissioner and Other Members of Electoral Commission is hereby repealed.
