WILDLIFE CONSERVATION ORDINANCE 1975
(NO. 2 OF 1975)

BIRDS FULLY PROTECTED THROUGHOUT THE GILBERT
ISLANDS ORDER 1979

IN exercise of the powers on me by section 3(1)(a) and (b) respectively of the Wildlife Conservation Ordinance 1975 I hereby make the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as Birds Fully Protected Throughout the Gilbert Islands Order 1979.

2. Legal Notice No. 24 of 1977 is amended by repealing items 1 to 32 and substituting the following items;

I SCHEDULE 1: (BIRDS FULLY PROTECTED THROUGHOUT
THE GILBERT ISLANDS)

II SCHEDULE 3 (BIRDS PARTIALLY PROTECTED THROUGHOUT THE GILBERT ISLANDS) is hereby repealed.
