Pursuant to section 20 of the Agricultural Quarantine Act 1984, the Cabinet of Ministers hereby makes the following regulations:

REGULATIONS

1. Title and commencement - (1) These regulations may be cited as the Agricultural Quarantine Phytosanitary Certificates (Fees) Regulations 1993.

(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 1st day of July 1993.

2. Fees - There shall be payable in respect of the matters set out in the First Column of the Schedule to these regulations, the fees set out opposite those matters in the Second Column of the Schedule.
