NIUE ACT REVOCATIONS REGULATIONS 1995

At the Cabinet Chambers at Alofi this 19th day of September 1995

PURSUANT to the Niue Act 1966 the Ministers of Cabinet make the following regulations:

1. Short Title and Commencement - (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Niue Act Revocations Regulations 1995.

(2) These regulations shall come into force or be deemed to have come into force on the 19th day of September 1995.

2. Revocations - (1) The following regulation in the Niue Act 1966 are revoked as are they no longer relevant to Niue's circumstances:
