PARTNERSHIP AMENDMENT FORMS REGULATIONS 1995

At the Cabinet Chambers at Alofi this 15th day of August 1995.

Pursuant to section 8 of the Partnership Amendment Act 1994 the Ministers of Cabinet hereby makes the following Regulations.

REGULATIONS

1. Title and commencement: (1) These regulations may be cited as the Partnership Amendment Forms Regulations 1995.

(2) These regulations are deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of July 1995.

2. Interpretation: In these regulations unless the context otherwise requires –

"the Act" means the Partnership Amendment Act 1994.

3. Application for registration form: Application for registration as Limited Liability Partnerships as required in accordance with section 12(2) of the Act is to be in the form prescribed in Schedule 1.

4. Application for renewal of registration form: Application for renewal of registration as required in accordance with section 13(2) of the Act is to be in the form prescribed in Schedule 2.

5. Guarantee form: The several guarantee from the partners as required in accordance with section 12(4) of the Act is to be in the form prescribed in Schedule 4.

6. Certificate of registration: The Certificate of registration as required in accordance with section 12(6) of the Act is to be in the form prescribed in Schedule 4.
