PRESCRIPTION OF JUDGES (HIGH COURT)

AN ACT TO MAKE PROVISION FOR THE NUMBER OF PUISNE JUDGES OF THE HIGH COURT

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Prescription of Judges (High Court) Act.

Number of Judges

2. There shall be not less than two nor more than three Puisne Judges appointed to the High Court of Solomon Islands.
