ELECTORAL (AMENDMENT) ACT 2018

1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the Electoral (Amendment) Act 2018.

2. Commencement

This Act is taken to have commenced on the date the Electoral Act 2018 received assent.

3. Amendment of Electoral Act 2018

The Electoral Act 2018 is amended by deleting section 143(6).
