AN ACT TO AMEND THE PRESCRIPTIONS OF JUDGES (HIGH COURT) ACT, CAP 90, TO PROVIDE FOR THE INCREASE OF THE NUMBER OF PUISNE JUDGES OF THE HIGH COURT.

ENACTED by the National Parliament of Solomon Islands.

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Prescription of Judges (High Court) (Amendment) Act 2004.

Amendment of section 2 of Cap 90

2. Section 2 of the Prescription of Judges (High Court) Act is hereby amended by deleting the word "three" and substituting therefor the word "seven".
