MALAITA PROVINCE HARBOURS (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE 2009

Citation and Commencement

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Malaita Ordinance 2009, and commences on a date Published in the Gazette.

Passenger Service 2. Fee is amended.

2. The Schedule to the Malaita Province Harbours Ordinance 1991 is amended by deleting "$1" And substituting "$5".

Passed by the Malaita Provincial Assembly this twnety fifth day of November 2009.
