IN THE SUPREME COURT OF TONGA

PRACTICE DIRECTION 2 of 2003

Directions Notice under Practice Direction 2 of 2002

As result of comments from members of the public, I consider it is necessary to add to the terms of Practice Direction 2 of 2002.

l. The last sentence on the Directions Notice needs to be given more prominence. All practitioners should ensure that the following sentences are printed in upper case script:

KOE TOKOTAHA 'OKU NE TUFA ATU 'A E TOHI NI KIATE KOE 'E 'IKAI NGOFUA KE NE 'OATU 'EIA HA FALE'I FAKALAO KIATE KOE

THE PERSON SERVING THIS DOCUMENT ON YOU CANNOT GIVE YOU ANY LEGAL ADVICE

2. No Directions Notice shall be issued which has been printed with a font size of less than 12.

The terms of this Practice Direction shall come into effect on 31 March 2003.
