AN ACT TO AMEND THE CUSTOMS ACT 2007

BE IT ENACTED by the King and the Legislative Assembly of Tonga in the Legislature of the Kingdom as follows:

1 Short Title

(1) This Act may be cited as the Customs (Amendment) Act 2012.

(2) The Customs Act 2007, as amended, is in this Act referred to as the Principal Act.

2 Section 6 - Repealed

Section 6 of the Principal Act is repealed.

3 Sections 22(3) and 22(4) - Repealed
Sections 22(3) and 22(4) of the Principal Act are repealed.
