ORDER IN PUBLIC PLACES (AMENDMENT) ACT 1993

AN ACT
TO AMEND THE ORDER IN PUBLIC PLACES ACT

[16th September, 1993.]

BE IT ENACTED by the King and Legislative Assembly of Tonga in the Legislature of the Kingdom as follows:-

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Order in Public Places (Amendment) Act 1993.

(2) The Order in Public Places Act (Cap. 37) is in this Act referred to as the Principal Act.

2. Section 9 of the Principal Act is amended in the Tongan version only by deleting the figure "8" and substituting the figure "7".

Passed by the Legislative Assembly this 16th day of September, 1993.

(2) 'Oku ui 'i he Lao ni 'a e Lao ki he Tauhi 'o e Maau 'i he Ngaahi Feitu'u Faka-Pule'anga (Vahe 37) ko e Tefito'i Lao.

2. 'Oku fakatonutonu 'a e Kupu 9 'o e Tefito'i Lao 'i he liliu faka-Tonga pe 'aki hono tamate'i 'a e mata'ifika ko e "8" kae fetongi'aki 'a e mata'ifika ko e "7".

Na'e fakahoko 'e he Fale Alea 'i he 'aho 16 ni 'o Sepitema, 1993.
