Act 7 of 1996
AN ACT TO AMEND THE PASSPORT ACT
I assent,
TAUFA'AHAU TUPOU IV,
1st October, 1996
[16th September 1996]
BE IT ENACTED by the King and Legislative Assembly of Tonga in the Legislature of the Kingdom as follows:
1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Passport (Amendment) Act 1996.
(2) The Passport Act (Cap. 61), as amended, is in this Act referred to as the Principal Act.
2. Schedule II of the Principal Act is amended by deleting the fees and inserting the new fees set out below in their stead.
"SCHEDULE II
FEES
| (1) | Passport | $50.00 |
| (2) | For each renewal | $20.00 |
| (3) | Certificate of Identity | $20.00 |
| (4) | Inclusion of each additional name in Passport | $8.00 |
| (5) | Police Record | $ 5.00" |
Passed by the Legislative Assembly this 16th day of September 1996.
