AN ACT
TO REPEAL THE STALLIONS ACT

[29th of July 2002.]

BE IT ENACTED by the King and Legislative Assembly of Tonga in the Legislature of the Kingdom as follows:

1. This Act may be cited as the Stallions (Repeal) Act 2002.

2. The Stallions Act (Cap. 149) is hereby repealed.

Passed by the Legislative Assembly this 29th day of July, 2002.
