SHIPPING (AMENDMENT) ACT 2003

AN ACT
TO AMEND THE SHIPPING ACT

[1st September 2003.]

BE IT ENACTED by the King and the Legislative Assembly of Tonga in the Legislature of the Kingdom as follows:

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Shipping (Amendment) Act 2003.

(2) The Shipping Act (Cap. 136), as amended is in this Act referred to as the Principal Act.

2. Section 32 of the Principal Act is repealed.

3. The English version of section 33(5) of the Principal Act is amended by inserting the word "forth" after the word "set".

Passed by the Legislative Assembly this 1st day of September, 2003.

3. 'Oku fakatonutonu 'a e tatau faka-Pilitania 'o e kupu 33(5) 'o e Tefito'i Lao 'aki hono fakahu atu 'a e fo'i lea "forth" hili 'a e fo'i lea "set".
