AN ACT
TO AMEND THE BROADCASTING COMMISSION ACT

[1st September 2003.]

BE IT ENACTED by the King and the Legislative Assembly of Tonga in the Legislature of the Kingdom as follows:

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Broadcasting Commission (Amendment) Act 2003.

(2) The Broadcasting Commission Act (Cap. 100), as amended, is in this Act referred to as the Principal Act.

2. Section 4(1) of the Principal Act is amended by-

(i) deleting paragraph (b); and

(ii) renumbering paragraphs (c) and (d) as (b) and (c) respectively.

Passed by the Legislative Assembly this 1st day of September, 2003.

(2) Ko e Lao ki he Komisoni Fakamafolalea (Vahe 100), 'i hono fakatonutonu, 'e ui is 'i he Lao ni ko e Tefito'i Lao.

2. 'Oku fakatonutonu 'a e kupu 4(1) 'o e Tefito'i Lao 'aki hono-

(i) tamate'i 'a e palakalafi (b); pea

(ii) fakafika fo'ou 'a e palakalafi (c) mo e (d) ko e (b) mo e (c) 'i he fakahokohoko ko ia.
