COMPANIES (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2003

COMPANIES ACT 1995

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 376 of the Companies Act 1995, His Majesty by Order in Council makes the following Regulations—

1.
(1). These Regulations may be cited as the Companies (Amendment) Regulations 2003.

(2). The Companies Regulations 1999 are referred to in these Regulations as the Principal Regulations.

2. Part I of the Second Schedule of the Principal Regulations is amended by inserting the following two new items after item 35 as follows-

"36. For registration of agreement regarding 60.00 mortgages and charges under section 368A of the Act.

37. For registration of any other document 30.00 with the Registrar."
