CIVIL AVIATION (AERODROMES AND LICENSING CHARGES) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2003

The Legislative Assembly on 27th August, 2003 confirmed the Civil Aviation (Aerodromes and Licensing Charges) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 published in the Tonga Government Gazette Supplementary Extraordinary No. 6 of March 17th 2003 with the following amendments:

(a). Regulation 2(4) is amended by deleting the word "may" after the word "Minister" and replacing it with the word "shall".
