CIVIL AVIATION (PASSENGER SERVICE CHARGE) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2001

CIVIL AVIATION ACT 1990

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, the Minister of Civil Aviation, with the consent of Cabinet, makes the following Regulations.

1.

(1). These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Aviation (Passenger Service Charge) (Amendment) Regulations 2001.

(2). The Civil Aviation (Passenger Service Charge) Regulations 1996, as amended, are in these Regulations referred to as the Principal Regulations.

(3). These Regulations shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Gazette.

2. Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations is amended by deleting "12" in line 1 and replacing it with "2" and deleting "20" in line 4 and replacing it with "25".

3. Regulation 5(d) of the Principal Regulations is amended by deleting "12" and replacing it with "2".
