CIVIL AVIATION (PASSENGER SERVICE CHARGE) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2001

The Legislative Assembly on 22 July 2002 confirmed the Civil Aviation (Passenger Service Charge) (Amendment) Regulations 2001 published in the Tonga Government Gazette Supplementary Extraordinary No. 6 of 13 December 2001, with the following amendments:

(a) Regulation 2 is amended to read as follows:

"2. Regulation 2 of the Principal Regulations is amended by deleting "20" in line 4 and replacing it with "25".

(b) Regulation 3 is deleted.

(c) These regulations shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Gazette.
