FISHERIES MANAGEMENT ACT 2002

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 101 of the Fisheries Management Act 2002, the Minister for Fisheries, makes the following Regulations —

1 Short Title

These Regulations may be cited as the Fisheries Management (Processing and Export)(Amendment) Regulations 2010.

2 Schedule II Amended

Schedule II of the Fisheries Management (Processing and Export) Regulations 2008 is amended by deleting the fee for the fish export licence of Bech-de-mer, "$2500" and replacing it with "$25,500".
