REGULATIONS 2010
INCORPORATED SOCIETIES ACT (CAP. 28)
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 36 of the Incorporated Societies Act (Cap. 28), the Minister of Labour, Commerce and Industries by order, makes the following Regulations –
1 Short Title
These Regulations may be cited as the Incorporated Societies (Amendment) Regulations 2010.
2 Schedule Repealed and Replaced
The Incorporated Societies Regulations 1987 is amended by repealing the Schedule and replacing it with the following –
"SCHEDULE
FEES
| | | Fees |
| 1 | An application for incorporation of a society or a branch or group of branches of a registered society | $100 |
| 2 | For alteration of Rule | $50 |
| 3 | For certification of a copy or extract from any document lodged with the Registrar. | $50 |
| 4 | For registration of new Rule in place of registered rules | $50 |
| 5 | For a copy of the certificate of registration of a society or a copy or extract from the register or any document lodged with the
Registrar, in addition to any fee for certifying same. | $20" |
