FEE IN RESPECT OF CERTAIN NATURALISATIONS
GS 6A of 1996
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 8B of the Nationality Act (Cap. 59), as amended, His Majesty in Privy Council hereby determines that the fee for naturalisation pursuant to that section shall be as follows-
| 1. | Administration fee | US$ 200.00 |
| 2. | Naturalisation fee to the holder of a Tongan Protected Person Passport or Tongan National Passport and the spouse | US$10,000.00 each |
| 3. | Naturalisation of children under 21 years of age of persons under 2 above | US$ 1,000.00 each |
| 4. | Naturalisation of a person on humanitarian grounds | |
| | - single person | US$20,000.00 each |
| | - married couple | US$15,000.00 each |
| | - children | US$ 1,000.00 each |
