IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 25 of the National Reserve Bank of Tonga Act (Cap 102), as amended, His Majesty the King, with the advice of his Cabinet, HEREBY DETERMINES that the coins with the characteristics described in the Schedule hereto shall be struck to commemorate:

Final Issue of a European Currency, special issue of silver coin with precious stone and such coins shall be legal tender in the Kingdom as from 3 July, 2003.
