TRAFFIC ACT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 40 of the Traffic Act (Cap. 156), as amended, the Principal Licensing Authority, with the consent of Cabinet, makes the following Regulations:

1.

(1). These Regulations may be cited as the Traffic (Amendment) Regulations 2004.

(2). The Traffic Regulations (Cap. 156), as amended, are in these Regulations referred to as the Principal Regulations.

2. Regulation 16(1) of the Principal Regulations is amended by deleting the words "consent of Cabinet" and substituting with the words "written approval of the Principal Licensing Authority".
