ASSIGNMENT OF MINISTERIAL
RESPONSIBILITIES
MADE UNDER SECTION 75 OF THE CONSTITUTION[1]

The Governor-General, in the exercise of the powers conferred by section 75(1)(a) of the Constitution of Tuvalu, and acting in accordance with the advice of the Prime Minister has assigned responsibility for the conduct of the following business of the Government to Ministers as follows —
