MADE UNDER SECTION 13 OF THE REGISTRATION OF UNITED KINGDOM TRADE MARKS ACT1

Commencement [1st June 2002]2


1 Citation


These Regulations may be cited as the Registration of United Kingdom Trade Marks (Fees) Regulations.


2 Fees


The following fees shall apply —




$
1.
For filing application for registration together with documents specified in

section 4, making entry in the Register and issuing certificate of


registration.

2.
For inspection of any documents filed or entry in the Register or both.

For registering assignment etc. under section 10.

4.
For registering renewal of United Kingdom registration under section 15.

5.
For making alteration in the Register under section 16.
200
6.
For certified copy or extract from Register.

7.
For filing any documents not otherwise provided for.

8.
For office copy of any documents.

9.
For certifying such office copy.

10.
Legal Service Fees for Registration.
