AN ACT to authorise a supplementary appropriation of moneys out of the Consolidated Fund for recurrent expenditures to the service of the year ending 31st December, 1999.
ENACTED by the Parliament of Tuvalu-
Short title
1. This Act may be cited as the 1999 Supplementary Appropriation (No 2) Act 1999.
Authorisation of expenditures
2. The Minister may, by warrant under his hand, in addition to the sum already authorised for the service of Tuvalu for the financial year ending 31st December, 1999 further authorise the issue from the Consolidated Fund for the service of the same financial year a sum not exceeding one hundred and eighty nine thousand four hundred and two dollars and forty eight cents ($189,402.48) and which sum shall be appropriated in accordance with the Schedule for the purposes specified.

1999 SUPPLEMENTARY APPROPRIATION (NO 2) ACT 1999
EXPLANATORY MEMORANDUM
(This memorandum is not part of this Act)
This Act authorises the supplementary appropriation of moneys from the Consolidated Fund of Tuvalu in accordance with section 15(3) of the Public Finance Act. This supplementary appropriation, amounting to one hundred and eighty nine thousand four hundred and two dollars and forty eight cents ($189,402.48) will be credited to the sum previously appropriated to the heads of expenditures specified in the Schedule for the financial year ending 31st December, 1999.
