CUSTOMS (TRADE DESCRIPTIONS) REGULATIONS 2008

DATE OF COMMENCEMENT

In exercise of powers conferred by section 2 of the Customs (Trade Descriptions) Regulations 2008, the Minister appoints 1 September 2008 to be the date the said Regulations shall come into operation.
