CITIZENSHIP FEES (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2003
(Section 12(1) (a) (c))
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 (1) (a) and (c) of the Citizenship Act the Minister makes the following regulations: - Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Citizenship Fees (Amendment) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on the 7th day of April 2003.
Amendment to Citizenship Fees Regulation
2. The schedule of fees to the Citizenship Fees Regulations or any amendment thereof is repealed in its entirety and substituting the following schedule:
"SCHEDULE
FEES
(Section 12 (1) (a) (c))

| 1. Declaration of Renunciation of other Nationality or Citizenship | 300 |
| 2. Application for Registration as a citizen of Tuvalu | 100 |
| 3. Certificate of Registration as a Citizen of Tuvalu | 500 |
| 4. Application for Naturalisation as a citizen of Tuvalu | 300 |
| 5. Certificate of Naturalisation as a Citizen of Tuvalu | 10000 |
| 6. Declaration of Renunciation of Tuvalu citizenship | 300 |
| 7. Certificate of Regained Tuvalu Citizenship | 200 |
| 8. Supplying a certified true copy of any of the above mentioned documents | 20 |
