CITIZENSHIP (RENUNCIATION OF CITIZENSHIP FORM)

Order 41 of 1984

To provide for the form of declaration of renunciation of citizenship of Vanuatu.

1. Declaration form

A citizen of Vanuatu who becomes a citizen of another state and who is required by that state to renounce his Vanuatu citizenship may do so by completing a declaration in the form set out in the Schedule hereto.
