To provide for the Association des Universites Partiellement ou Entierement de Langue Francaise et l’Universites des Reseaux d’Expression Francaise (AUPELF UREF) to enjoy the privileges and immunities set out in Schedule 2 of the Diplomatic Privileges and Immunities Act [Cap. 143].

1. Privileges and immunities
The Association des Universites Partiellement ou Entierement de Langue Francaise et l’Universites des Reseaux d’Expression Francaise (AUPELF UREF) is to enjoy the privileges and immunities set out in Schedule 2 of the Diplomatic Privileges and Immunities Act [Cap. 143] and the legal capacities of a body corporate.

To provide for the representatives of the Association des Universites Partiellement ou Entierement de Langue Francaise et l’Universites des Reseaux d’Expression Francaise (AUPELF UREF) to enjoy the privileges and immunities set out in Schedule 3 of the Diplomatic Privileges and Immunities Act [Cap. 143].

1. Privileges and immunities
The representatives of the Association des Universites Partiellement ou Entierement de Langue Francaise et l’Universites des Reseaux d’Expression Francaise (AUPELF UREF) are to enjoy the privileges and immunities set out in Schedule 3 of the Diplomatic Privileges and Immunities Act [Cap. 143] as is accorded to a diplomatic agent.
