Employment (Labour Officer's Identity Document) Regulation

EMPLOYMENT (LABOUR OFFICER'S IDENTITY
DOCUMENT) REGULATION

Order 42 of 1983

To provide for the particulars to be included in the official Identity Document of Labour Officers.

The Labour Officer’s Identity Document shall contain the following particulars –

(1) Name of the officer

(2) Photograph of the officer

(3) Signature of the officer

(4) Signature of the Minister responsible for Labour Affairs

(5) Date of issue

(6) Official stamp of the appropriate Ministry.
