FORESTRY (SETTING OF MINIMUM PRICE FOR SANDALWOOD)

Order 85 of 1999

An Order to set the minimum price for sandalwood to 400 VT/kg.

1. Minimum price for sandalwood
In accordance with section 47(6)(c) of the Forestry Act [Cap. 276] the minimum price for all grades of sandalwood is VT 400 per kilogram.
