LAND TRANSPORT BOARD SUBSISTENCE ALLOWANCE

Order 25 of 2005

An Order to prescribe allowances to members of a Land Transport Board.

1. Interpretation
In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires, “meeting” means a full day’s meeting or part of a day’s meeting.

2. Subsistence allowance
(1) For the meetings of the Board the maximum subsistence allowance is as follows:

The Chairman is entitled to VT 10,000 for each day or part of a day’s meeting;

The Secretary of the Board is entitled to VT 9,000 for each day or part of a day’s meeting;

Members are entitled to VT 6,000 for each day or part of a day’s meeting;
