VALUATION OF LAND (FEES)

Order 37 of 2003

1. Prescribed fees

For the purposes of the Valuation of Land Act [Cap. 288] the prescribed fees in relation to provisions of that Act are set out in the Schedule.

Fee for inspection of the Valuation Roll, a valuation list or a
supplementary list at office of the Principal Valuation Officer (s.33(1)) VT 125

Fee for extract or copy of the Valuation Roll, a valuation list or a
supplementary list at office of the Principal Valuation Officer (s.33(2)) VT 300 per page
