THE APPROPRIATION (2009)
ACT NO. 14 OF 2009

An Act to provide for the appropriation of funds for the services of the Government for the year ending on 31 December 2009.

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows-

1 Appropriation

The amount of VT 14,095,192,457 is to be issued from the public funds of the Government of the Republic of Vanuatu for the year ending on 31 December 2009 and is appropriated as set out in the Schedule.

2 Commencement

This is taken to have commenced on 1 January 2009.
