AGREEMENT ON PORT STATE MEASURES TO PREVENT, DETER AND ELIMINATE ILLEGAL, UNREPORTED AND UNREGULATED FISHING (RATIFICATION) ACT NO. 23 OF 2013

An Act to provide for the ratification of the Agreement on port state measures to prevent, deter and eliminate illegal, unreported and unregulated fishing.

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows-

1 Ratification

The Agreement on port state measures to prevent, deter and eliminate illegal, unreported and unregulated fishing is ratified.

A copy of the Agreement is attached.

2 Commencement

This Act comes into force on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
