An Act to amend the Beer Act No. 53 of 1989.

BE IT ENACTED by the President and Parliament as follows:-

AMENDMENT OF ACT No 53 OF 1989

1. The Beer Act No. 53 of 1989 is amended in the Schedule 1 by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting the following paragraph:-

"(a) Year 1 - all beer manufactured 60 Vatu per litre;"

COMMENCEMENT

2. This Act shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of April 1991.
