CONVENTION ON THE CONSERVATION AND MANAGEMENT OF HIGH SEAS FISHERY RESOURCES IN THE SOUTH PACIFIC OCEAN (RATIFICATION) ACT NO. 18 OF 2013

An Act to provide for the ratification of the International Convention on the Conservation and Management of High Seas Fishery Resources in the South Pacific Ocean.

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows-

1 Ratification

The Convention on the Conservation and Management of High Seas Fishery Resources in the South Pacific Ocean is ratified.

A copy of the Convention is attached.

2 Commencement

This Act comes into force on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
